The Architectural Control Committee and You…
Most structural, architectural or aesthetic changes to your home or landscaping REQUIRE prior approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) pursuant to the Architectural Control Guidelines adopted by the Community Association. This includes additions such as the installation of solar panels, antennas or satellite dishes, flags and flag poles. Changes such as Painting, Landscape (additions or subtractions) adding or removing concrete, walkway pavers, stone accents, etc. are also subject to ACC rules and pre-approval requirements.
The ACC strives to make the request and approval process as simple, smooth and timely as possible.
Please follow the directions found on pages one and two of the guidelines.
